"I loved going to North Jersey Dermatology in Newfoundland for years. All of a sudden, the practice downsized and changed new staff. Red flags! I've been calling for a few weeks to find out by my insurance, doors have closed and I want my medical records! I've had Dr. Joseph Masessa perform Melanoma surgery on my back a few years ago. A courtesy letter in the mail would have been very helpful to pick up our records before the business was emptied out over night. Better Business Bureau doesn't recognize the Newfoundland (Oak Ridge) location. Someone needs to go after Dr. Masessa's brother who was trying to help save over 15 locations in SC, NJ and FL. And get some answers and results. No reason to leave patients helpless and angry. Thank you"
